Shannon Livingston is the Executive Director at The Lakes of Paducah Senior Living Community. A Paducah native, Shannon has extensive experience in the health care industry, recently working as the Public Relations and Marketing Manager of The Orthopaedic Institute of Western Kentucky. She has also served as an Account Executive for American Home Patient and Sales Representative for Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Shannon is a member of the Oscar Cross Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors and Concord Elementary School’s Site Based Decision Making Council. She is also an Associate Member of The Charity League of Paducah.

Resident Service Director
Josh Morehead is the Resident Service Director at The Lakes of Paducah Senior Living Community. A native of Paducah, Josh has devoted his career to working with the elderly, recently working as the Sales and Marketing Director for a local longterm care company. He has also served as a Dietary Consultant, a Clinical Nutrition Manager and as a Regional Director of Nutritional Services throughout his career in the long term care industry. Josh holds a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Science in Community Nutrition from Eastern Kentucky University. Josh served three years on the Board of the Kentucky Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the co-marketing chair. He currently serves as a committee member for the local Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk, the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and the Purchase Area Mental Health and Aging Coalition.
Valerie Lucas is the Activities Director at The Lakes of Paducah Senior Living Community. Valerie served as the events coordinator at Severns Valley Baptist Church in Elizabethtown, KY for 10+ years, was on the board for the Paducah Symphony Sing Off and has helped various other philanthropic committees in the area. Valerie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and has been actively involved with the local school district as well as church and civic organizations.
