The Lakes offers a specially designed program that provides residents faced with cognitive challenges such as Alzheimer’s disease or other related forms of dementia a more secure and structured program. The Open Arms Neighborhood provides residents their own apartment, an outdoor garden and walking path, family style dining, a structured schedule of activities, and is equipped with delayed egress entry and exit doors to provide an additional level of security.

Open Arms Memory Care All Inclusive:

• Administration of medication
• Hands support with personal needs including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Hands support with transferring in and out of bed or chair
• Additional support and assistance as a result of behavioral changes
• Assistance with chronic incontinence care
• Additional laundry needs as a result of chronic incontinence care
• Personal escort, assistance and monitoring during mealtimes
